Check out our monthly activity calendars for some other daily holidays!

Paint & Pop

Join us at Project ABLE in McMinnville on April 25th from 11am-2pm for Paint & Pop. Bring something to wet your whistle and learn how to paint!

If you are from Salem and would like a ride, please sign up at the reception next.

What's New?

Community Connection is a new group in Salem! This is a flexible time for folks to gather, chit chat, do karaoke, go for a walk, play a game, or whatever else suites the group for the day. This group happens in Salem from 1-2pm on Mondays.

Community Connection is also available in Mac on Mondays and Thursdays from 10am-11am. Hope to see you there!

Stress Awareness Month

April is Stress Awareness Month. Too much stress is bad for our physical and mental health and in today's world, we know there is more than enough stress to go around! In honor of Stress Awareness Month, consider taking some time to practice self-care and to reflect on your day-to-day and how you can minimize stress and maximize your overall wellness!

ICYMI: Open House

Thank you to all of our community partners, peers, participants, and our wonderful volunteers for coming to our grand re-opening for the Salem office. We are settling into our downtown location and seeing a lot of new faces!

Volunteer of the Month

Our volunteer of the month of April is...Brandy Caldwell!

Brandy is a Salem volunteer who has a wide variety of interests including her grandkids, gardening, cooking, eating, and spending time outside. Brandy is most proud of herself for overcoming adversity and for 20 years of sobriety! (Congratulations, Brandy!) She has an extensive resume including a PSS certification and several volunteer awards.

Brandy believes that wellness is "taking care of mind, body and soul/spirit." She is a peer support specialist because she believes that peer suppor really makes the difference. The best pieces of advice Brandy has ever received is to C.Y.A. (if you know, you know) and to pay it forward.

Brandy, we are so grateful to have you on our team!
